Laura (Laurie)'s Story
Life
I graduated early in 1974, but I'm from the class of 1975.
I've been living in Reno, Nevada for over 30 years now and love it. I am married to Pat for nearly 22 years and have 2 girls and 8 grand kids. Wow, I can't believe it.
We're enjoying life as empty nesters. Now we have time to do some of the fun stuff in life like travel, fish, camp, watch stock car racing, and ride motorcycles. I love to ride motorcycles especially in the mountains. Our main goal in life is to have fun. I think we're on the right track.
We've been doing a lot of planning to get ready for retirement. We're looking really forward to it. We're not ready to retire yet, but we are definitely moving in that direction.

ng things that make us happy. We'd like to do a bit more of traveling. We plan to do more sooner than later.
Pat likes to build and work on cars and carpentry. I like doing artsy things and finding ways to be creative. We also like to be active we'd like to find fun ways to be active like riding bikes, dance, and hang with the grandkids.
My oldest daughter moved to Reno too so now we're all together. Yahoo! She has 3 sons and 2 daughters. My youngest daughter has always lived in Reno and has three daughters. We love being grand parents and spoiling the kids.
We're a pretty close family. We have normal family problems like everyone else, but we usually have so much fun being together.
I'm a pretty lucky person. Well that's my life in a nut shell.
